From the very first day, Angie, Andy, Elijah, Ashton, and Nick have been nothing but supportive, professional, and treated me and my home with great respect and care. The company responded immediately the same day I called. Very helpful and explained what needed to be done and started immediately. Within 4 days they had solved my problem and had cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend them.

I want to thank ServiceMasters so much for their outstanding service. I called in needing their service and left a message. The Project Manager immediately called me back and said a team would be at my house with in an hour. The Lead Tech and his team of 4 men arrived and a great job extracting the water. I was very pleased with their service.

The work was left incomplete after 87yr old woman homeowner touched one of the men workers. They left telling her they were leaving and would return with the police. This upset her greatly and scared her. He claimed it was assault and they did indeed call the police. The President of this franchise and the police showed up after requests to not have police involved regardless. The whole situation could have been resolved better and less traumatic for this 87yr old woman, but they did not care. Horrible customer service, beyond horrible.

Nick and his team define true customer service and are very caring! We came home from FL on a Friday night at 6pm to find our basement under 3ft of water. It turned out the check valve on our sump pump broke off flooding our basement. I called Nick first thing Saturday morning, after a friend of mine recommended Nick and his company. When I asked Nick if myself, my husband and family members could help to keep the cost down (with their guidance) since our insurance co denied our claim, he didn’t hesitate and assured me he and his operations manager Fred, would do what they could to keep the costs down. Which they did! Fred, the operations manager, came out that same day to assess the situation and come up with a game plan. He shared what our priorities should be for the day and scheduled the crew to come out first thing Sunday. Service Master crew, including Dumpster Dan, from start to finish performed a great job in the field. The crew and Dumpster Dan were very professional and friendly. We had lunch together with Service Master crew and enjoyed getting to know them. Their experience allowed for seamless coordination in regards to work performed by us the home owners. Ni
